內容：
西伯侯姬昌(白龍珠 飾)因占算術數開罪紂王被軟禁，其子伯邑考(任劍輝 飾)進宮營救。王妃妲己(李香琴 飾)對邑考百般挑逗，被考拒之，反被妲己誣告臣戲君妻，遭處死。姬昌被逼父吃子肉得釋放。邑考妻淑娥(余麗珍 飾)驚聞噩耗尋死得聖母相救，並獲法寶為夫報仇，遭妲己施法燒死。姬昌次子姬發自立為周武王伐紂，紂王不敵自焚。妲己打回狐狸原形，被二郎神(任劍輝 分飾)收伏帶返天宮治罪
